Managing inventory is one of the biggest challenges for tour agencies. With all suppliers and their tours placed in a single database that updates availability in real time, GoTOURgether makes it simple. You can also upload your own tours to the inventory, earning money by receiving bookings from other members, or earning commission by booking another member’s tour. There is no commission when you sell one of your own tours directly through your own marketplace, you just give a commission when someone else books your tour for you.

Prioritize partially filled tours
Your own tours will show first on your marketplace for travelers to prioritize your own tours. When one of your tour is partially filled, it will also show up in priority on the marketplace of other distributors that sell your tours. You can also decide who you want to work with or not. By unselecting another user, you will not offer his tours on your marketplace anymore.

Design Your Experience
Once your profile is filled out, it’s time to show the community what you’ve got! Go to the Manager page and use the simple form to add your tours and activities. This 10-15 minute process is where you can show us what you’ve got, and set yourself apart!
Share Your Idea
Advise the community on the availability of your tours and activities with our simple calendar. Other GoTOURgether members will then be able to sell your tours for the dates marked available! We recommend keeping your calendar updated three months ahead of time.
Finish Up
You’re now ready to receive bookings - it’s that simple! In the meantime you can enhance your profile, and explore the GoTOURgether social media feature to see who you already know. Can’t find your friends? Go ahead and invite them - the more members, the more potential salespeople for your tours!
